IJM Collective provides paid advertising management (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and website creation services for car detailing businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Service fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in paused services.
IJM Collective will apply its best professional judgment and effort to your campaigns. However, specific results (leads, bookings, revenue) cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, ad spend, and offer quality.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. IJM Collective operates on month-to-month agreements — no long-term contracts are required.
Ad creative, copy, and campaign assets produced by IJM Collective for your business become your property upon full payment of the associated fees. Our proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of IJM Collective.
IJM Collective's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the performance of ad campaigns.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
